Scuola Yoga Savitri in Italy Shanti Nilaya Transformational Yoga School  Hara is a transpersonal psychologist who began practicing Iyengar Yoga in 1994 and was introduced to the concept and nature of subtle bodies and the chakras when training as a healer from 1994 until 1997. She completed the 100-hr Teachers Training Program at the SriMa School, training with Swami Vidyanand in Delhi in January 2008. Hara now runs Transformational Yoga classes in Wirral, Merseyside, UK and incorporates all of her knowledge and experience into a transformational education system (the Amazing Lyfe Project and Deeper Lyfe Workshops) that she teaches in Merseyside. She is the founder of ‘Amazing Lyfe’ which offers courses, tools and skills to create deeper, richer, more meaningful and amazing life experiences.
