VERONIQUE ROBERT is the Director, SriMa School of Transformational Yoga at Anjuna, Goa. Veronique Robert, originally from France, lives between Italy and India andhas done so for the past 20 years, loving to trek and ride on her motorbike all over India, especially in the Himalayas. An adventure lover, she is fluent in English, French and Italian. She is a social worker specially trained in child care, and she has been interested in new educational systems and holistic approaches to well-being, studying and practising on a spiritual path. In 1987, she started to study and practise Yoga with Rolf Naujamka in Goa, going on to approach different styles and teachings for adults. And since 2004, she has been particularly interested in Yoga for children. Having a very specific bond with Nature and specially with flowers, she studied Naturopathy in Paris and obtained a certificate in psycho-naturopathy in 1992. She then specialized in Bach flower therapy and she has been a registered practitioner since 2000. She has studied aromatherapy as well at Ecole des Plantes, Lyons, France. Veronique has practised Tai-chi, Yang style since 1994, and has taught since 2000. She is also a Vipassana meditator and organizes meditation sessions regularly. In 2004,she opened a well-being centre in Goa where she teaches the different disciplines that she has learnt and where natural products (like pure essential oils, gse, bee products, etc..) brought from Europe are sold. She has lately certified for the 500-levels Yoga Master training with Swami Vidyanandji in Transformational Yoga (2008) and she is presently the Director of the Srima Yoga School in Goa.
